14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The following documentation must be submitted along with your return request:
- Photo(s) clearly showing the defect or damage
- Photo showing the item's tags and packaging condition
- Additional photo(s) showing the overall condition of the item
Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review. Return requests submitted without visual documentation cannot be processed.

Once your return request has been approved, the return shipping address will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Opened or used items
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your current item following the return process above. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item. Please note that stock availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of exchange.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
