- We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label;

- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a full refund (including standard delivery costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Tax Treatment for Cross-Border Shipments

- Montenegro's Law on Value Added Tax (Zakon o porezu na dodatu vrijednost) — export transactions are generally zero-rated (0% VAT) when goods do not enter the Montenegrin customs territory;
- Montenegro's Customs Law (Zakon o carinskoj službi) — goods transiting exclusively between third countries are not subject to Montenegrin customs duties;
- WTO international trade principles — cross-border e-commerce transactions are governed by the trade laws of the origin and destination countries.
Buyer’s Responsibility for Import Duties
When goods are shipped internationally, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
