Pre-Sale Disclosure (Preliminary Information)

In accordance with Montenegro's Law on Consumer Protection (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), Montenegro's Law on Electronic Commerce, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, AdriaPulse D.O.O. is required to provide you with the following information before you complete your purchase:

1. Essential Product Characteristics

Each product listed on our store includes a description of its main features, materials, dimensions (where applicable), and intended use. This information is displayed on the individual product page. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Total Price (Including Taxes)

The price displayed on each product page is the total price inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees (e.g., VAT). No hidden charges will be added to the product price itself. You will see a full cost breakdown — including any applicable shipping charges — at checkout before confirming your order.

3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout stage before you finalize your purchase. Delivery costs vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the total order value. We offer free shipping to the United States and EU countries on qualifying orders — please check the product page or checkout for current eligibility.

4. Return & Refund Procedure

In accordance with Montenegro's Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason (cooling-off period). To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at adriapulse@outlook.com or via our contact page within 14 days of delivery;
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label;
  3. Return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging;
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a full refund (including standard delivery costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Service Export & International Trade

AdriaPulse D.O.O. operates as an international e-commerce intermediary. In many cases, products are shipped directly from a supplier country to the destination country, without passing through Montenegrin customs.

Tax Treatment for Cross-Border Shipments

Where goods are sourced from a country outside Montenegro and delivered directly to a buyer in another country (i.e., the goods do not physically enter or transit through Montenegro), the transaction is classified under service export or international trade principles, as recognized under:

  • Montenegro's Law on Value Added Tax (Zakon o porezu na dodatu vrijednost) — export transactions are generally zero-rated (0% VAT) when goods do not enter the Montenegrin customs territory;
  • Montenegro's Customs Law (Zakon o carinskoj službi) — goods transiting exclusively between third countries are not subject to Montenegrin customs duties;
  • WTO international trade principles — cross-border e-commerce transactions are governed by the trade laws of the origin and destination countries.

Buyer’s Responsibility for Import Duties

When goods are shipped internationally, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. AdriaPulse D.O.O. does not collect or remit destination-country import taxes unless explicitly stated at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Distance Sales Contracts & Electronic Agreements

At AdriaPulse D.O.O., we want to be transparent about the legal nature of the agreements you enter into when shopping with us.

Electronic Formation of Distance Sales Contracts

Distance sales contracts — including all purchase agreements concluded through our online store — may be validly formed in electronic form, without the need for a physical (wet-ink) signature. By completing a purchase on our website, you enter into a legally binding distance sales contract with AdriaPulse D.O.O. electronically.

Legal Validity of Electronic Contracts

Electronic contracts concluded through our online store carry the same legal force and effect as traditionally signed paper contracts. This principle is recognized under applicable legislation, including:

  • EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which governs distance and off-premises contracts within the European Union;
  • EU Directive 2000/31/EC (the E-Commerce Directive), which establishes the legal framework for electronic contracts in the EU;
  • Montenegro's Law on Electronic Commerce (Zakon o elektronskoj trgovini), which recognizes the legal validity of electronically concluded contracts;
  • Montenegro's Law on Consumer Protection (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), which sets out the rights and obligations of parties to distance sales contracts.

Your Rights as a Consumer

As a consumer entering into a distance sales contract with AdriaPulse D.O.O., you are entitled to:

  • Receive clear pre-contractual information before completing your purchase;
  • A 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) from the date you receive your goods, without needing to provide a reason;
  • A durable confirmation of the contract terms (e.g., via email order confirmation).

Record of Your Agreement

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as a durable record of the distance sales contract concluded between you and AdriaPulse D.O.O. We recommend retaining this confirmation for your records.

If you have any questions about your rights or the terms of your agreement, please contact us at adriapulse@outlook.com or via our contact page.
