Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, postal service conditions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders meeting a minimum order value, as displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. AdriaPulse has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. AdriaPulse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at adriapulse@outlook.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
