Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped to the United States and EU countries, customs duties and import taxes are generally included or not applicable for standard fashion items. However, for orders shipped to other countries, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. AdriaPulse is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at adriapulse@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. AdriaPulse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
