How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and complete your payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at adriapulse@gmail.com with your order number.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United States and European Union countries — no minimum order required.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 8–18 business days
  • European Union: 8–17 business days
  • Other countries: 11–23 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Free shipping applies to the US and EU. Additional shipping fees may apply for other destinations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.

How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What if I received a defective or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us at adriapulse@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
