At AdriaPulse, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not marked as a final sale or non-returnable product
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at adriapulse@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at adriapulse@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at adriapulse@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
