In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Directive 2023/2673, if you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the two-step process below:

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once we receive your request, we will send you an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours acknowledging your withdrawal. This confirmation serves as your official record.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
